Act 2

PETER (V.O.): Having trained myself at the Golden Beach, I've no problem swimming non-stop for an hour.
Avoiding the rocks in the shallow water area, Peter swims towards the floating platform on the right.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): The water is clear and cool.
Arriving at the platform ladder, Peter checks the underwater activities.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Wow, the fish here are larger than those in Silverstrand Bay.
Underwater, Peter observes the energetic fish swimming close to his eyes.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): They look charming and friendly.
Peter attempts to touch them but without success. Then, he has a knee-jerk reflex.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, one of them has just kissed my chest!
Peter continues to watch the fish around and underneath him.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Like fish, my eyes start out on the side of my head. And my top lip, jaw and palate are gill-like.
Pausing.

Recalling.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Humans share 70% DNA with fish.

Lying flat, Peter covers his face with his hands.

Later, Peter repeats his activities at the white floating platform in the middle and then at the purple platform on the left.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): My mind is at ease. And I feel the bliss.
FLASHBACK
EXT. STANLEY MAIN BEACH - DAY (2020)

PETER (V.O.): Compared with those in Deep Water Bay and Repulse Bay, they're far, far away from the beach.
Peter observes the bay water.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): It looks pretty rough too. Should I assume the life risk? Or just exercise safely?
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Actually, I can't swim like a fish, and I only live once.
Peter swims in the shallow water area.

PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I love my close encounters with fish in the sea. They're so free - no need to be rich and powerful.
Peter sees the Pokfulam Cemetery on his left.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've walked through many paths; but my favourite ones are those at the beach.
