We see Peter making some "Sell" orders in an App in his smartphone.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): The demise of the whale reminds me of Hemingway's novel "The Old Man and The Sea" - the "hero" killed the big fish in the end.
We see raindrops falling on closed windows.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I do get the symbolism that in life and career, all have to persevere and resolve challenges.

PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Can he hear my steps or sense my presence?
Peter waits.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Even if he can't hear or see me, doesn't he have the sense of unease that I'm standing in front of him?
PETER: My bill please...
We see the cashier detaching from his smartphone reluctantly.

INT. GATEWAY OUTLET, TUNG CHUNG - 15:00
Peter walks past a store selling clocks and watches.
PETER (V.O.): I depend on accurate smartphone clocks, and I don't wear my watches.

PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): A smartphone represents access to resources and information that weren't previously available to older generations.
Peter takes a look of his smartphone.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I stay connected with my loved ones and the world at large, anytime, anywhere, even as an old man.
