FADE IN
Act 1
INT. STUDY - 09:00
Sitting in a sofa, PETER scrolls through social media. He stops at an article:15 signs of aging.
PETER (V.O): Yes, I've got all the signs.
Peter reads another article about aging.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Aging is a process of cellular degeneration. Cellular damage, oxidative stress and inflammation accelerate aging.
Reading.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): The health of my cells can influence my physical abilities and mental sharpness.
Reading.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Engaging in regular physical exercises like swimming can promote cellular re-generation and delay the aging process.
Pondering.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): And I might lead a more youthful and vibrant life?
Act 2
INT. STUDY - 11:00
A brief case by his side. Peter is reading some papers.
PETER (V.O): I've to accompany my client to attend an interview in the afternoon.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): And after the interview, I've some paper works to complete.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Since my return from South Korea, I've been swimming in the Silverstrand Bay daily, with no regard to the low temperature and the red flag.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): I endeavour not to swim after 5pm as there won't be any lifeguard service.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): But I think I've to skip swimming today.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): While pressure doesn't help... exercise at least 150 minutes per week can delay cell death.
Calculating.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): To prevent hypothermia, I only swim around 20 minutes these days...Oh, I can't skip any day!

EXT. SILVERSTRAND BEACH - 16:30
No red flag. In his swim trunk, Peter heads towards the water.
PETER (V.O): I've decided to complete the paper work only after I've done my daily swimming.
Swimming with a carefree smile.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): In winter, the sea water is cold at the surface but it's surprisingly warm just a few feet below.
Later, Peter exits the bathroom with a towel slung over his shoulder.
INT. STUDY - 17:45
Papers scattered around. Peter writes and scans, glancing at the clock anxiously.
PETER (V.O): I aim to send out my stuff in a few minutes.
Peter then turns to his laptop.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): What remains to be done is just to attach the files to a covering email.
Peter types or clicks but his laptop refuses to respond.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Have I locked the screen inadvertantly?
A wave of frustration washes over Peter.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Oh, I don't want the other side to work over time.
Act 3
INT. STUDY- 21:45
Peter inserts an AI drawing entitled: "Beyond the Years..." to a draft in his laptop.
PETER (V.O): What lies beyond the passage of time can be a positive experience rather than a decline.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): With self-care, exercises and wisdom, my later life can still be vibrant and meaningful.
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Moreover, life shoudn't be measured by the number of breaths I take, but by the moments that take my breath away.
