PETER (V.O.): I've already driven my son to the Airport. My other business today is to return to my chambers.
Hearing Ding! Ding! from his smart phone, Peter checks chatgroup messages.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): The Kellogg-HKUST EMBA program upholds world no. 1 for the 11th times.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I know the Dean and the Academic Director of HKUST's Business School.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've had lots of meetings at HKUST's Business School in Central.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): But I've never studied in any business school.
Act 2

A. Harvard Kennedy School - 2003. Peter (48) is studying some case studies used by Harvard Business School.
B. Harvard Business School Residences - 2003. Peter shares a two-room suite with another CLASSMATE (50).

PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Having designed and built Hong Kong's world class intellectual property (IP) system in 1997, I began to take an interest in the business of IP.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I renamed IP Dept's Promotion section as Marketing section.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Later, like-minded people and I thought it right to interface business with IP for the betterment of Hong Kong's future.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): In 2011, when I began to market the concept of IP Trading to the world, my legal colleagues weren't supportive.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I knew we had already had a lot on our plate. But we shouldn't limit our challenge. We should challenge our limit.
Later, Peter sees a WhatsApp message, suggesting lunch at a convenient date.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Why not today! I like to act timely.
Peter types his reply on screen.
INT. CHAN'S FAMILY KITCHEN (陳家廚房), WANCHAI - 12:30
East-meets-west ambience. Peter and a GENTLEMAN are checking lunch set menus.
PETER: Quite a variety...Puhn Choi for 1 person?
MONTAGE OF PETER'S PUHN CHOI EXPERIENCE
A. Wong Uk Tsuen -1973. Peter (19) and another 7 PERSONS are having Puhn Choi - layers of different ingredients (Choi) served in a large wooden basin (Puhn).
B. A Relative's home - 2023, Peter and 11 RELATIVES are having Puhn Choi served in a large metal basin.
RETURN TO PRESENT
PETER (Cont'd): I've never had that before. I'm very curious about its look.
GENTLEMAN: Me too!
As Peter and the Gentleman do their orders, the CAPTAIN recommends something.
CAPTAIN: Would you order the Kitchen's cheese cakes for desserts?
PETER: Puhn Choi and cheese cakes are quite far apart.
The Gentleman looks confused too.
GENTLEMAN: We'll consider that after having Puhn Choi.
Then, the Gentleman and Peter begin to talk about business seriously. They're distracted by the appetizers, soup and then Puhn Choi.
PETER: Wow! It's so nicely presented.
After finishing their Puhn Choi, the Gentleman waves at the Captain.
GENTLEMAN: We'll try the cheese cakes as well.
As the Captain comes close, the Gentleman swiftly passes his credit card to him.
PETER: Oh, I mean to buy you the lunch!
Act 3
EXT. PAVEMENT - 18:00
Peter is walking towards an estate.
PETER (V.O.): Many business decisions occur over lunch or dinner than at any other time. I'll ask my HKUST colleagues if that's part of the world's no.1 EMBA program.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): When I was with Government, I championed Hong Kong, China's business of IP to visiting overseas stakeholders during meals.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Hong Kong, China, isn't just a place to learn but to do business. Incidentally, I've written a review on 陳家廚房 on Google Maps.
