  3. INT. LIVING ROOM - 10:30


  4. A cozy room filled with sunlight streaming through a window. PETER comes out from a corridor.


  5. PETER (V.O.): It's time for me to play my role when the maid is on leave.


  6. Peter sees his WIFE sitting in a massage chair and DAUGHTERS#1 & #2 on a sofa bed, engaging in different activities.


  7. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Have you all done the breakfast orders so that I can pick them up?


  8. Hearing notifications, Peter sees a number of order chits appearing on his smartphone screen.


  9. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): My wife cares about our children the most and the girls are very attached to her.


  10. KAJI, the family pet, gazes at Peter as he goes to the door.


  11. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): My wife has been staying with them throughout the night. Our elder daughter will fly back to Seoul in a few days.

  13. Act 2


  14. INT. DINING ROOM - 11:00


  15. Clean and organized. Peter and family are having breakfast together.


  16. PETER (V.O.): Have I got harmony at home?


  17. MONTAGE


  18. A. Earlier. Peter gets takeaways from McDonalds'.

  19. B. Minutes before. Peter's wife prepares the table for the family's breakfast.


  20. C. Later. Peter will go to dump the garbage.


  21. END MONTAGE


  22. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Regarding household expectations, they're clear.


  23. His wife is chatting with daughters.


  24. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): We've encouraged open and honest communications among all.


  25. Listening actively.


  26. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): We support our children's aspirations and goals. We provide emotional support during challenging times.

  29. After breakfast, Peter notices the elder daughter's shinny earrings.

  31. DAUGHTER#1: Mum made them for me.


  32. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I know my wife loves her.

  34. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): But I don't see our younger daughter wearing any.

  36. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Would that cause any family conflict?


  37. Recalling.


  38. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): When our younger daughter was studying in UK, my wife longed for her return.


  39. Recalling.


  40. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): She'd count the days as to when she'd be back.


  41. Pausing.


  42. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Staying home now, my wife regularly affirm the stance of our younger daughter.

  44. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): But she is planning to study in Japan next year...

  46. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): And we're already planning to visit her there as often as we can.

  48. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Meanwhile, our son won't be back home until late Nov and he'll return to Sydney to do his housemanship.

  50. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): While life may carry us apart, together we remain in each other's heart.

  52. INT. LIVING ROOM - 23:30

  53. Having input the prompt: "Family Togetherness" in an AI art generator in his smartphone, Peter sees a cubist image appearing.


  54. PETER (V.O.): My family dynamics are such that members are seldom together. There's always someone away from home.

  56. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): What matters most is the quality of the time spent together, fostering love, support and connection within the family unit.
