PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Despite AI's developments, the fundamental principle still applies.
We then hear:.. make Hong Kong a regional intellectual property trading hub...
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): In 2011, I, as Hong Kong, China's IP director, promoted the concept of international trading of IP via Hong Kong.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I aimed high and thought beyond regional boundaries for greater impact.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): My efforts to turn my vision into reality was frustrated in 2014 as I had to retire.
We then hear: ...Hong Kong will have more bilateral Free Trade Agreements or FTAs with other countries...
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Hong Kong used to believe in multilateralism as it should be more effective and efficient.

PETER (V.O.): I had a grand vision for Hong Kong to become an international IP trading hub.
Instructing his assistant in Photo_CreateE, Peter types "From Vision to Reality" on screen.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I think the "v" sound in "Vision" and "Reality" adds a sense of musicality and should be pleasing to the ear.
Checking an image, Peter instructs his assistants again.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I own the copyright in the images. If I don't input my prompt, the App won't generate any work, whether eye-appealing or not.
