INT. SITTING ROOM - 21:30 (YESTERDAY)
PETER and his WIFE chat.
WIFE: Shall we eat out tomorrow night and then go to the cinema?
Peter looks excited.
PETER: Sure! Shall we go to the re-opened cinema at Hollywood Plaza?
Peter's wife works on her laptop.
WIFE: For "Top Gun: Maverick", there're shows at 20:00 and 21:55.
PETER: You may still be working in the office at 20:00.
WIFE: Let's see the 21:55 show so that we can have dinner.
On screen, they pick the cinema seats.
PETER (V.O.): Looking forward to the date!
Act 2
INT. K11, TSIM CHA TSUI - 11.45
Entrance G/F. Peter is attracted by a sharp red-and-blue rectangular sculpture.
PETER (V.O.): I haven't seen this one before. It's more striking than the previous one placed here.
Peter walks past a colourful Prada pop-up store, featuring hats.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Looks eye-appealing. I've become the company's shareholder. So far, my gains have been negative.
Peter takes the "Big Steps" to 1/F.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I love K11's artistic ambience, satisfying the soulful needs of customers.
Then, Peter notices that SOMEONE is watching him in a distance.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Is he my friend? Yes!
FRIEND#1 (Approaching): Good to see you here!
PETER: Me too! It's great that we bumped into each other again - the second time in months!
FRIEND: I've just had a meeting with my client. Are you coming here for lunch?
PETER: Yes, at Asaya Kitchen.
Friend#1 nods. They continue some small talks before parting.
PETER (V.O.): We're Members of M7 (the Magnificent 7 - sharing wisdom on leadership and administration.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Before the pandemic, we used to meet monthly. So happy that we could have a quick chat again!
INT. ASAYA KITCHEN - 13:00
Having lunch with FRIEND#2 and #3, Peter talks and talks.
PETER (V.O.): It's a pleasant surprise that they show interest to revive IP trading.
MONTAGE

E 2012. Seminar in Tampa, USA. Peter is presenting the concept of IP trading and the key activities that have been done.
G. 2014. Workshop in Tokyo. Peter is presenting the concept of IP trading and the key activities that have been done.

PETER: To prove the concept of IP Trading, I realize that market liquidity is an important element.
Friends#2 and #3 nodding.
PETER (Cont'd): To understand the mindset of potential customers of IP trading, I'm experimenting a1-year buy-and-hold stock investment project.
FRIEND#2: Have you done well so far?
PETER: I'm losing about 10% of my investment. For my other investment via wealth managers, I'm losing about 30%.
FRIEND#2. You're doing very well then.
PETER: Well, I've accepted that losing less money is like gaining some.
PETER (V.O.): What I still don't like are the persons who lose money for me.
Act 3
INT. STUDY - 18:00
On his smart phone screen, Peter gets messages and stories on stock investment.
PETER (V.O.): Over lunch, I've already made stories at least for the next couple of months.
DAYDREAMING SEQUENCE
A. 19:30. Peter gets inside his wife's cyber-green New Beetle.
B. 20:30. At Hollywood Plaza, Peter and his wife choose a cosy restaurant.
C. 21:55. Inside a renovated cinema, they watch the film "Top Gun: Maverick".
D. 00:30. Chatting, Peter and his wife walk towards the Plaza's car park.
