  10. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): To cope with the emotional turmoil, I visited the outlying islands of Hong Kong, bringing my ukulele along for the trips.

  32. PETER: Hi Dickie, I think I need to replace the battery of my iPhone 12 Pro Max. It keeps shutting down even when the battery level shows 79%.


  33. Dickie opens the phone, removes the old battery, and installs a new one.


  34. DICKIE: The battery health is now at 100%.


  35. PETER: Great!


  36. DICKIE: Are you aware that the stock market is experencing a decline today due to the ongoing US tariff war?

  38. DICKIE (Cont'd) :Wealth among individuals has diminished by at least 10%.


  39. PETER (V.O.):I remain calm despite the dim prospect.

  41. While eating Grilled Escarcots and Meat Doria with a Soft-boiled Egg, Peter places stock trading orders through a securities app.


  42. PETER (V.O.): That's how I turn the negative sentiment into a positive one - by seizing the opportunity in a dip market to buy low.


  43. Peter confirms his orders.


  44. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): However, my available cash is limited.

  46. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): This morning, I noticed a young resident in my building, who was once agile, now relying on a walking stick for support.

  48. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I feel grateful I don't have to use one yet.

  50. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Since I don't know when I might lose my cognitive abilities like my Mum has, I told my son yesterday where to find my "wealth".
