Sunny. Lying flat on a round platform floating in bay waters, Peter raises his hands to shield his face from sun rays.
PETER (V.O.): I'm amazed by the stable form of the sun, emitting light and heat over billions of years.

PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Sunlight influences the growth of all life on Earth, including bone health and immune system of humans and animals.

PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): But excess exposure to sunlight can have harmful effects eg sunburns.

Later, we see Peter swimming butterfly style back to the shore.

INT. STUDY - 23:00
Having input the prompt: "Ignite Within" in an AI art generator in his smartphone, Peter sees a cubist image appearing.
PETER (V.O.): Ignite within symbolizes the spark of motivation within oneself.
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Everyone experiences moments of self-doubt and the need for effective self-motivation.
