Act 1
INT. HOME - DAY
Finishing breakfast with PETER, KAJI grabs a stuff toy from her toy box.
KAJI (V.O.): I'm not hungry. But I feel like biting it.
Kaji bites the toy aggressively.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Would it keep my jaws strong and teeth clean?
Kaji brings the toy to Peter.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): He likes to play the fetch game with me.
As Peter throws the toy a moderate distance from her, Kaji grabs it tight with her mouth.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've the urge and drive to hunt and capture it.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Is it part of my basic instinct?
Act 2
EXT. SUNG WONG TOI PET GARDEN - LATER
Entrance. Leading the Pack Leader and Peter, Kaji appears.
KAJI (V.O.): The scent here smells good.
Soon, Kaji is let loose.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Since losing my paradise, this is the first time I can be on my own.
Kaji finds a spot and pees a lot.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): The spot is mine already. I don't have to mark it.
Kaji then goes to the other end to get light to her heart's content.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): But there's no grass to kick here.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Now's the time to mingle with the others.
Kaji first mingles with a dog larger than her and then a dog with a straight tail.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): They're different from me. My size is right and my tail is curled.
Then, a light brown-and-white Pug, half the size of Kaji and almost without a tail, tries to engage Kaji.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Ugly kid, go away.
As Kaji refuses to engage, the Pug barks at Kaji.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): He has no other way to communicate.
Kaji maintains her posture.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I don't seem upsetting, but actually, I'm.
The Pug continues to bark at Kaji.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): You don't know I can be very aggressive.
As Kaji strikes back a little, the Pug is taken by surprise.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I'm not kidding.
As a brown Medium Poodle appears at the entrance, it becomes the Pug's new target.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): My passive-aggressive behaviour works.
INT. A VET'S CONSULTATION ROOM - LATER
Kaji and the Pack Leader appear.
KAJI (V.O.): I haven't been here for awhile.
Kaji sees a MAN in white and a WOMAN in blue.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I remember they're aggressive although they didn't bark.
Recalling.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): The woman assisted the man to use a pointed thing to bite me.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Let me ignore them.
As she pays no attention to the man and the woman, Kaji feels something.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oops! What's biting me again!
Act 3
INT. HOME - NIGHT
Lying in bed, a tired Kaji is in thoughts.
KAJI (V.O.): All beings are aggressive.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): My passive-aggressive behaviour can turn ugly guys away.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): As for the Pack Leader and the Gang, my most basic instinct is for the family. I express my needs and wants to them directly.
Seeing food being put on the table, Kaji goes to join the family.
