Act 1
INT. HOME - MORNING
In bed, KAJI is checking PETER out, not bothering the PACK LEADER.
KAJI (V.O.): Are you waking up?
Kaji whines a little.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): The breakfast is already on the table.
Becoming responsive, Peter does his routine.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Good, we're creatures of habit.
Later, they watch each other enjoying bread and yogurt.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I won't get bored of this consistent routine.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Whenever the Pack Leader doesn't have to rush out, we've our occasional routine.
Act 2
INT. HOME - AFTERNOON
Kaji sees the Pack Leader and Peter leaving.
KAJI (V.O.): That's their routines.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): When they return, they will take me out - the essential part of our occasional routine.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Meanwhile, I'm bored. I need some stimuli.
FLASHBACK
INT. PET SALON - AFTERNOON (LASK WEEK)
Carrying Kaji, the Pack Leader and a Gang MEMBER enter.
KAJI (V.O.): I've never been here before.
Observing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): OMG, it's another torture chamber!
Kaji looks very nervous.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Apart from bathing, I hate to hear the noise coming out from the thing that dries my fur.
Kaji whines at the Pack Leader and the Gang Member who are sitting not far away from her.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): How can they bear strangers treating me like this?
RETURN TO PRESENT
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I don't want that kind of frightful stimuli though.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): If I had a choice, I prefer to be busy and tired rather than lazy and bored.
Later, Peter reappears with some bananas. He shares them with Kaji.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Peter has been consistent in giving me treats.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): But he is also consistent in not taking me out by himself.
Seeing the Pack Leader returning, Kaiji gets right up to her face.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Is it time?
Seeing the Pack Leader's dismissive response, Kaji looks out the window with "up" ears.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): There'll be flashing lights and roaring sounds soon.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Even if I can go to the pet garden by myself, I'm worried something bad may happen.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): That means I'm going to miss our occasional routine.
Kaji goes up onto the piano chair.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I just pretend to be normal and wait for miracles.
Kaji doesn't look optimistic.
Act 3
INT. HOME - NIGHT
Sitting at the dining table, Kaji stares at the Pack Leader.
KAJI (V.O.): A plan is what. A schedule is when. No plan, no schedule, nothing gets done.

Kaji takes a look of the Gang.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Not everybody's here. Things don't always go as planned and scheduled - that's life.
As the Pack Leader presents a new treat to her, Kaji shows no interest.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Despite my protest, I'm confident that the Pack Leader and the Gang will never get bored of me.
Later, Peter gives her treats and Kaji consumes them readily.
