Act 1
INT. DINING ROOM - MORNING
Sitting next to each other, KAJI and PETER are having breakfast.
INT. SITTING ROOM - CONTINUOUS
Seeing Peter sitting on the sofa, Kaji jumps up onto his chest and licks his nose, lips and eyes passionately.
KAJI (V.O.): It's my job to keep him clean.
INT. BEDROOM - CONTINUOUS
Joining Peter, Kaji returns to her bed spot. The Pack Leader is sleeping.
KAJI (V.O.): I believe the Pack Leader doesn't have to go out this morning.
Kaji sees Peter is having screen time.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I'll meditate while waiting for my first proper meal then.
Act 2
INT. BEDROOM - AFTERNOON
Stationing at her bed spot again, Kaji stares at the Pack Leader who is still sleeping.
Recalling.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): In the night, I'd dream a lot, from protecting my turf to enjoying big bowls of food.
FLASHBACK
INT. DINING ROOM/BEDROOM - MORNING (Days ago)
Kaji sees the MAID putting something on the table.
KAJI (V.O.): It's breakfast for Peter and me.
Searching.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Peter isn't here yet.
Kaji goes to the bedroom.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Peter is still having screen time in bed.
Waiting, Kaji watches Peter from time to time.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I get no cues that he'd get out of bed anytime soon.
Kaji looks agitated.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): No, I must act timely!
Kaji barks at Peter loudly.
PETER: Don't shout! You naughty dog...
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I don't care what he's talking about as long as he joins me promptly.
Kaji herds Peter to the dining table.
PETER: Up!
Swiftly, Kaji takes her chairlady seat.
INT. BEDROOM - THAT NIGHT
Dreaming, Kaji barks a few times mildly.
END FLASHBACK
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): While dreaming, everything is so real.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Would the Pack Leader dream like me?
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): But I don't hear any barking or sounds.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): The Pack Leader may be having sweet dreams.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): If so, I shouldn't disturb her.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): But, I'd have to bear the waiting for possible treats...
Act 3
INT. DINING ROOM - LATER
Sitting in her chairlady chair, Kaji watches Peter eating on one side.
KAJI (V.O.): I had one round with Peter this morning.
Kaji turns to the Pack Leader on the other side.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): The Pack Leader may give me treats.
The Pack Leader passes Kaji a treat.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Hope is like a waking dream.
The Pack Leader then passes Kaji another bigger one.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): In my dreams, I mostly dream of Peter and the Pack Leader actually.
