Act 1
EXT. STREET#1 - DAY
Having her legs on the ground, KAJI does a whole-body shake and begins to run.
KAJI (V.O.): I've a strong desire to run now.
Kaji leads the PACK LEADER and PETER.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I usually walk, as I get very hot when running.
Running.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Staying home is cool, but we haven't come out for a long time.
Running.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): At home, I've been wishing I was running outside.
Running.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I also miss my garden and my friends.
Act 2
FLASHBACK
INT. HOME - NIGHT
In bed, Kaji is scratching an ear with her hind leg paws.
KAJI (V.O.): It's so itchy.
Peter comes over to give Kaji a nice scratch with his fingers.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): That's so comfortable.
Enjoying.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I clean his face with my tongue all the time.
INT. HOME - DAY
Kaji is observing the Pack Leader who is working on a laptop.
KAJI (V.O.): When she's home, there's a chance we may go out.
Hearing some high-pitch sounds, Kaji follows the source and sees Peter's lips touching a shiny rod.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Is he trying to eat it? And it squeaks?
Kaji walks past a closed room door.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): A girl Gang Member has been hiding inside.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I don't know what's wrong with them.
RETURN TO PRESENT
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Moments ago, the Pack Leader helped me wear my harness. I knew we're going out.
We hear Peter commanding "Stop!"
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): While I've to obey the command, I can't wait.
Stopping before a red light, Kaji whines.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I really want to keep on running.
Kaji then sees Peter directing his phone at her.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): That's normal.
EXT. PET GARDEN - LATER
After getting light and mingling with her FRIENDS, Kaji approaches a WOMAN who is holding a hand fan.
KAJI (V.O.): Hi there, long time no see!
After touching Kaji lovingly, the Woman uses her hand fan to cool down Kaji.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): She's so sweet.
EXT. STREET#3 - LATER
Running, Kaji takes the Pack Leader and Peter to a restaurant.
KAJI (V.O.): We haven't been here for a while.
Kaji gets a cue from the Pack Leader to walk on.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Why aren't we going in to celebrate that we're out and about?
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, yes, the girl Gang Member is still hiding in her room at home.
Act 3
EXT. STREET#4 - LATER
Hearing Peter's "Go!" command, Kaji runs again.
KAJI (V.O.): Yes, keep on running. It energizes me and is good for my body.
Running.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): The feeling of a good run is far better than a good rest.
Running.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Running also clears my mind and pushes me forward.
They disappear in the city lights.
