Act 1
EXT. SITTING ROOM - YESTERDAY NIGHT
KAJI, PACK LEADER and the GANG are meeting in person and on screen.
KAJI (V.O.): I hear familiar voices.
Staring at the images on screen, Kaji smiles.
PETER: She doesn't avoid eye contacts tonight.
PACK LEADER & the GANG: Yes! Pretty noticeable!
KAJI (V.O.): I find it hard to understand too.
Very quickly, Peter feeds Kaji with some pineapple.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): Wow, that's sweet!
PACK LEADER: No more.
KAJI stops smiling.
Act 2
INT. BED ROOM - MORNING
Kaji appears.
KAJI (V.O.):The maid has already gone out.
Kaji goes to Peter's side of the bed.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): He's still sleeping.
Recalling.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): Yesterday, a phone alarm rang like mad.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): I hate the monotonous noise.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): But it's breakfast time now.
Kaji sees Peter waking up.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): My mood begins to swing.
Kaji and Peter are having long eye contact.
PETER: Yes, I'll go and buy food.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Be back quick.
INT. DINING ROOM - LATER
Kaji stares at Peter opening a bag.
KAJI (V.O.): I can smell bread.
Then, Peter passes some bread to Kaji first.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Ah, that makes a difference.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): Putting me first, he treats me right.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): The little extra makes this ordinary breakfast extra-ordinary.
EXT. PROMENADE - EVENING
Kaji, the Pack Leader and Peter stop at a locked gate.
KAJI (V.O.): The last time we came, it wasn't open.
They leave pretty quickly.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Having checked it again, I'm content.
FLASHBACK
INT. DINING ROOM - YESTERDAY NIGHT
The Pack Leader shows Kaji a large steak.
KAJI (V.O.): It's food, but it's too big for me.
RETURN TO PRESENT
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): At any awkward moment, my mood swings.
Act 3
INT. SITTING ROOM - TONIGHT
Kaji is playing Fetch n' Catch with the Pack Leader.
: KAJI (V.O.): I'm in good mood again.
Stuff toy in her mouth, Kaji shows it to Peter triumphantly.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): Mood swings depend on my temperament such as my reaction to voices and food.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): More importantly, I can swing the moods of others.
Kaji continues to play with Peter and the Pack Leader.
