FADE IN.
Act 1
INT. DINING ROOM - 09:15
At the dining table, KAJI and PETER are sharing a bread.
KAJI (V.O.): This piece for me is larger than usual.
Having consumed it, Peter passes her another piece.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Well, even larger!
Kaji finishes it after a few bites.
At 11:15. Kaji takes her chair again as the PACK LEADER takes out food from a bag.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I can smell pancakes, my favourite.
The Pack Leader passes bits of pancakes to Kaji.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): They're particularly nice to me this morning.
Act 2
INT. SITTING ROOM - 12:00
Joining Peter on a sofa, Kaji rests her head on Peter's lap.
KAJI (V.O.): I love doing that. His lap is a great comfort.
FLASHBACK
INT. SITTING ROOM - 10:00 (Yesterday)
Kaji's meal is being served.
KAJI (V.O.):I don't have any appetite.
PETER: What's wrong with our darling?
Joining Peter on the sofa, Peter begins to pet Kaji.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): It seems my stomach is talking.
Peter hears some growling and rumbling noises.
PETER: Are they from my intestines?
Peter continues to trace the source.
PETER: Oh, it's from her stomach!
PACK LEADER: If the symptoms persist, we'll take her to see her Vet tomorrow.
Peter looks worried.
PETER: Meanwhile, let's go to bed now.
INT. BEDROOM - 23:30
Kaji joins Peter in bed.
KAJI (V.O.): I feel like sleeping next to Peter.
Peter then pulls a blanket to cover Kaji.
KAJI (V.O.): At my weakest, Peter is my strength.
Touching each other, they fall asleep.
RETURN TO PRESENT
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): After a good sleep, my stomach has stopped complaining.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Having had two breakfasts, I feel energized now.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): But, it's been quite a while since we last went out.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I haven't got any clue that we're going out.
Kaji adjusts her head on Peter's lap a little.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): See if Peter would get my cue.
EXT. PET GARDEN - 18:30
As an unfriendly big black DOG is barking at her, Kaji is on the defensive.
KAJI (V.O.): If you dare to attack me, I'll strike back. I've the strong support.
Monitored closely by the CARERS, the confrontation soon ends.
Act 3
INT. DINING ROOM - 21:30
Sitting on the lap of the Pack Leader, Kaji avoids looking straight through a computer screen. We hear verbal exchanges.
KAJI (V.O.): Those speaking from the screen always call my name.
Pausing.

KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I can hear them, but I can neither smell nor touch them.
Kaji sees Peter joining the meeting.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I just want to join Peter. He's my comforter.
Peter touches Kaji affectionately.
