Act 1
INT. HOME - MORNING
Sun-kissed. In bed, KAJI moves a little.
KAJI (V.O.): I feel a bit hungry.
KAJI takes a look of PETER.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): He's still sleeping. No early breakfast.
Kaji takes a look of the PACK LEADER.
KAJI (V.O.): She sleeps very late. I use her pillow most of the time.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): When she goes to bed, I'd give in and let her have it.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): For the past few days, we all stayed home.
Act 2
FLASHBACK
INT. HOME - DAY (two-three days ago)
Sitting on a sofa, Kaji looks anxious.
KAJI (V.O.): I can hear rumbling sounds from afar.
Hearing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): The booming sounds echo through my ears.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I feel vulnerable.
Feeling.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): The air around me has become heavy.
Sensing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I feel uncomfortable.
Looking out of the window, Kaji sees the dark sky.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I feel impending danger.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): What can I do to protect myself?
Kaji goes to sit between the Pack Leader and the Gang Member.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): In my usual spot, I still can't find any solace.
Seeing Peter occupying a large chair at the end of the sofa, Kaji attempts to cross over.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Peter's comfort is crucial to me.
Kaji gets refuge in Peter's body and arms.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Having Peter as a shield, I feel slightly safer.
We see the Pack Leader and the Gang Member staring at Kaji and Peter jealously.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I don't care.
But later, Peter leaves the chair.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Where're you going?
PETER: I just want to dump the garbage.
KAJI (V.O.): I need to find a calm environment too.
We see Kaji leading Peter to the door but is prevented from getting out; and when he returns, he takes the piano seat.
RETURN TO PRESENT
INT. HOME - AFTERNOON
Seeing the Pack Leader and a Gang Member leaving, Kaji darts towards the door with a burst of energy.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I want to go too!
PACKLEADER: Not now! Peter will give you company at home.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): But he's more interested with the black and white keys of that upright black box.
Act 3
INT. HOME - EVENING
The Pack Leader and Peter gaze into Kaji's hopeful eyes.
KAJI (V.O.): Is it time for us to go to the riverside park?
We hear the Pack Leader and Peter saying "Kai Kai".
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, they've given in to my reactions as to what's around me in the way I feel.
Emitting soft whimpers.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've melted their hearts.
We see Kaji in her cot-carrier, the Pack Leader and Peter leaving the confines of their home.
FADE OUT
