FADE IN.
Act 1
EXT. ROADS - NIGHT
Waiting by the roadside, KAJI sees PETER arriving with a car.
KAJI (V.O.): It seems we're going to an adventure.
As Peter gets off to lift up the rear door, the Pack Leader opens the passenger door.
PACK LEADER: Up!
Getting up onto the passenger seat, Kaji crosses over to the driver seat.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I believe this seat has magic.
Having stored Kaji's carrier cart, Peter opens the driver-side door.
PETER: Cross over! Good girl.
KAJI (V.O.): Nothing happens until something moves.
As Kaji has seated on the lap of the Pack Leader, the car moves.
Act 2
EXT. ROADS - CONTINUOUS
Kaji is sniffing the air outside.
KAJI (V.O.): I know we aren't going to my outdoor toilet.
Kaji whines.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): But that's where I want to go now!
Kaji whines again.
PACK LEADER: What's the matter with you?
Kaji stops her whining.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I believe the Pack Leader knows what's in my best interest.
Later, the car stops behind a car queue.
PETER: You two go to the pet garden first. I'll wait to park.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I get a cue from Peter that something good is about to happen to me.
Having made a whole-body shake on the ground, Kaji leads the Pack Leader.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I believe I can still remember the way to the other pet garden.
EXT. PET GARDEN - LATER
Waiting near the exit, Kaji and the Pack Leader see Peter approaching.
KAJI (V.O.) : I've done what I wanted to do. Let's explore other places.
EXT. MALL - CONTINUOUS
KAJI (V.O.): This place isn't unfamiliar to me. But we haven't come here for a while.
Kaji leads them to a restaurant "Route 99".
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I believe we come here to celebrate we're going places again.
FLASHBACK
INT. HOME - DAY (EARLIER TODAY)
Kaji is observing Peter and the Pack Leader.
KAJI (V.O.): We haven't been out for a while.
Recalling.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): And our maid has disappeared a while too.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): The Pack Leader and Peter have been with me throughout. They haven't gone out.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I believe I can't complain.
Later, Kaji sees the MAID returning home.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): That's a good sign.
Later, Kaji sees the Pack Leader and Peter going out.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): It's the details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.
Later, Peter returns. Kaji then hears Peter blowing some high-pitch sounds.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh no! Whenever he blows that thing, we aren't going anywhere.
END FLASHBACK
Act 3
EXT. ROADS - LATER
Inside a moving car, Kaji sits on the lap of the Pack Leader again.
KAJI (V.O.): Just something isn't happening to me right away doesn't mean it'll never happen.
As Kaji wants to stand up, the Pack Leader gives her support.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I always believe something good is about to happen - as I can make others happy.
Kaji puts his front legs on the lowered window pane.
KAJI (V.O.)(Cont'd): I'd continue to stand up for what I believe in even if I stand alone.
FADE OUT
