EXT. CROSSING - NIGHT
Alongside the PACK LEADER and PETER, KAJI waits impatiently.
KAJI (V.O.): I can't wait to do what I yearn for.
Kaji stares at the moving objects.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I want to move as fast as them.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): But sitting inside them isn't fun.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): But sniffing the scent outside is better than staying home.
Recalling.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I gather that my Vet has confirmed that I'm fat.
Act 2
FLASHBACK
INT. HOME - DAY (YESTERDAY)
Accompanying the Pack Leader, Kaji sees Peter going out.
KAJI (V.O.): Where's he going? He has already brought me bread.
Later, Kaji sees the Pack Leader going out.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Will she come back soon?
Later, Kaji goes near to her carrier cart.
KAJI (V.O.): I feel like going out too.
Sniffing the cart.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I believe the Pack Leader and Peter will take me out later in the day.
Later, when the Pack Leader returns, Kaji greets her happily.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): But Peter isn't home yet. Are we going out?
Soon, Kaji sees the Pack Leader going out again.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Without me again?
END FLASHBACK
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I was right. They came home late at night.
Recalling.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): When Peter came home earlier today, I can't wait to play games with him.
FLASHBACK
INT. HOME - EARLIER
As soon as Kaji sees Peter returning home, Kaji goes to her toy box.
KAJI (V.O.): I feel so bored at home. I want to play the Fetch game.
Using her mouth, Kaji brings a tennis ball to Peter.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): He'll throw it in the air and I'll shoot it with my nose.
As the ball is in the air, Kaji shoots it forcefully.
PETER: Boom!
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Yes, I'm good at it.
After some repeats, it's all quiet again.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Going out is better.
Later, Kaji sees the Pack Leader returning.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Okay, both the Pack Leader and Peter are at home. Are we ready to go out?
Kaji looks out of the window.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): It's nightfall already...
Soon, the Pack Leader gives Kaji a big bone.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): Is it a bribe? Does it mean that we won't be going out?

Act 3
EXT. CROSSING - LATER
Kaji waits patiently.
'KAJI (V.O.): We've just had a good time at the promenade.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): When I'm bored, I want a variety of things to stimulate my mind and body.
Pausing.
KAJI (V.O.) (Cont'd): I like to walk or run to burn off energy and to keep fit. But I know whatever I yearn for can't be easily acquired.
