PETER sits at a desk with six hand-held devices on it.
PETER (V.O): I use separate devices to learn Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, Japanese and Korean.
Tapping the Duolingo App on one device, Peter begins to mutter some Portuguese words and phrases.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Yes, I'm still learning.
FLASHBACK
INT. BEDROOM - MORNING (Weeks before)
Lying in bed, Peter stares at his WIFE who is sound asleep beside him.
PETER (V.O): Is it productive to keep my night-owl wife company in my mornings?
Peter looks disturbed.

Act 2
INT. BEDROOM - 13:15
Appearing with tired eyes, Peter sees his wife having screen time in bed.
PETER: Time to pay a visit to my mother.
WIFE: Should we change our plan?
PETER: What?
WIFE: To have an early dinner with her? I've asked the maid to prepare breakfast for me.
PETER: I think we should go now and have afternoon tea with my mother.
WIFE: You take half of my breakfast then.
PETER: No problem.
INT. DINING ROOM - CONTINUOUS
We see Peter and KAJI, the family pet, finishing their portion.
PETER (To wife in the bedroom): As you want to renovate our premises, I'm going to store some of my guitars in our NT home.
INT. STUDIO - CONTINUOUS
Peter picks up a Fender 12-string acoustic guitar and a Hofner Electric Bass guitar.
PETER (V.O): I played them before I shifted my focus to piano, and now language learning.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): When I travel, I can't play the piano; I used to bring a Traveler guitar, but not anymore.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): For foreign languages, I can use them travelling places.
INT. RESTAURANT, HUNG SHUI KIU - 16:00
Peter and his wife sit at a table with the wheelchair bound MOTHER (92).
PETER: At the elderly home, I was so glad that my mother still recognizes me.
WIFE: I'd to prompt her though.
PETER: But she did remark you're pretty, and so was she!
When food is put on the table, Peter and his wife mince them into spoonfuls.
MOTHER: I don't have any tooth now...
PETER (V.O): You gave births to my sister and brothers.
Nodding, they pass spoonfuls of food to the mother in turns.
MOTHER (Cont'd): Delicious!
PETER: Do you remember "Boy Boy"? He has become the first doctor in the Cheung family...
WIFE: "Ah Po" has married a doctor...can you recall?
MOTHER: Lawyers and doctors in the family?
Later, after taking a selfie together, Peter shows it to his mother.
MOTHER: I look so old...
PETER: It's a privilege...and you still have good eyes!
They share a cool smile.
Act 3
INT. LIVING ROOM - 22:00
Peter inserts an AI drawing entitled "Loving Life" to a draft.
PETER (V.O): We strive to find joy and contentment in our own lives.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): My wife and I, my old mother too, are embracing the various aspects of our lives.
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Today, I've a good sense of positivity, happiness and fulfillment.
