  7. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): It was only last Friday afternoon that I knew I was wanted to appear with his junior in a pre-trial review.

  8. Recalling.

  9. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): And I've been trying to assist in the process.

  10. Peter checks a small wardrobe.

  11. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Perhaps, I should wear something lucky then.

  12. Peter continues to change.

  13. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Are there any rules of luck?

  19. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Those instructing me and my senior know the case much better than me.

  20. Pausing.

  21. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): The reasoning being I only got them yesterday evening and then there was a lengthy conference.

  22. Peter touches his bulky brief case.

  23. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've the white book and some eye-catching post-it tapes with me.

  24. Pausing.

  32. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Not sure if the Orders and Rules would be referred to in the hearing.

  33. The Court is in session. COUNSEL and Peter's senior address the JUDGE. We hear: My Lord...My Lord...

  34. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): As a junior, there's nothing much I can help.

  35. Later, we hear a query from the Judge.

  36. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): The matter we're dealing with is out of the ordinary.

  37. Immediately, Peter sticks a post-it tab against a para of the white book and passes it to his SENIOR who reads it and responds to the query.

  38. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Great, the issue is resolved.

  39. The session is adjourned.

  48. Pausing.

  49. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): The milestone hearing dates clash with my travel itinerary. My wife and I are going to witness our younger daughter's graduation ceremony in UK.
