PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Today, I'll celebrate what I set out to accomplish at the beginning of the week.

INT. LAKESIDE RESTAURANT - 14:00
Having done his order, Peter taps Yahoo!Finance on his smartphone screen.
PETER (V.O.): Today is the 2nd day of the Russian advance in Ukraine.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Going with the flow, the Hong Kong stock market continues to fall.
Peter taps Trading HK Stocks on screen.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): I'd better buy low with all my residual buying power now.
Peter modifies his offer price.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Take the risk, or lose the chance!
Soon, we hear Ding!
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Done! The stock market might go up next week.
Porkchop Croissant with Salad is served.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): I don't have to go to Macao for it.
Then, the coffee.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): I'll check if it'll keep me awake tonight.
Enjoying his refreshments, Peter checks an answer request on Quora.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): "If you're an optimist, can you write something good or inspiring about the state of the world?"
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): She is probably worried that the world may just be a button away from nuclear destruction.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Yes, the Russian forces have seized the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): I don't know Chernobyl is actually in Ukraine.

Papers on his desk, Peter (31) is in thoughts,
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): There is a nuclear disaster in the Soviet Union.
Pausing.

Pausing.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Having won a Foreign Office scholarship to study in UK, I'm in the process of applying for study leave.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Would I get radioactive sickness if I stay in UK for a year commencing this Sept?
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): What I've is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I've got to assume the risk.

PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Yes, the state of the world has been changing.
Act 3
INT. BEDROOM - 22:00
Peter checks a Quora notification.
PETER (V.O.): The Quoran who posed the answer request has upvoted my answer.
As Peter taps his answer, we see an image of carnation with the title: More than just a colour.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Red is loaded for action.
Then, we see the text of Peter's answer:
State of the world. It is what it is, just like the perception of our beings.
State of our attitude. In the optimism-pessimism continuum, we shift positions as events unfold.
What life is about. Life is full of unexpected twists and turns and that's what makes life so beautiful!
Peter prepares his bed.
