Act 1
INT. BEDROOM - 07:15
PETER gets out of bed.
PETER (V.O.): Instead of lying in bed for the sake of a Saturday morning, I'd better get something fixed.
INT. STUDY - 07:30
Working on his desktop, Peter is checking a Word document.
PETER (V.O.): Having reset my desktop computer, I found that there's something wrong with the format.
On the top left hand cover, Peter sees "WordPad".
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've never subscribed to it.
After clicking a few times, we see Peter downloading from his account a 2013 version of "Office", licensed on May 16, 2014.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): After farewell parties on May 15, I bought this desktop computer and the software the next day.
On screen, we see the image of "Word" appearing.
Act 2
EXT. ESTATE PARK - 10:30
Exercise area under the shade. Stepping on one of three elevated metal plates, Peter is stretching his legs in turn. Then, he notices something on a higher plate.
PETER (V.O.): Have I seen a heart-shaped sunshine spot?
Focusing.
PETER (V.O.): No, just two-three isolated light spots.
After hearing some sound of the wind and leaves, we see a heart-shaped sunshine spot reappearing on the metal plate.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, yes!
When Peter has his smart phone in hand, the heart-shaped sunshine spot disappears again.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Ah, I've to stay where I'm for the next breeze.
Waiting, Peter looks up to see the scattered light that filters through the trees.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): I believe the window of opportunity is very small.
Directing his smart phone camera on the metal plate, Peter waits resolutely.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Will the heart-shaped light spot reappears for my sake?
Then, after seeing initially two-three light spots, we see them uniting to form the heart-shaped light spot.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Great!
Swiftly, Peter captures the moment.
INT. BEDROOM - 14:30
Lying in bed, Peter is listening to hi-fi with extra-bass sounds. His WIFE enters.
WIFE: You don't have to prepare for your court case early next week?
PETER: I don't want to spoil my weekend.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.): But you're right. I should lessen my burden and act timely.
MONTAGE OF PETER'S WORKING AFTERNOON
A. Peter checks the files in his study.
B. Peter types on WhatsApp.
C. Seeing replies, Peter looks happy.
D. Then, Peter sees other incoming messages.
E. Peter re-examines papers in files.
F. Peter types on WhatsApp solemnly.
END MONTAGE
EXT. PET GARDEN - 19:00
While his wife is serving KAJI, the family pet, Peter checks and replies to WhatsApp messages from time to time.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): The COVID situation in town is getting worse.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): I've to do a lot of administrative work on Monday morning.
Peter looks preoccupied.
Act 3
INT. BEDROOM - 23:30
Peter takes a look of a digital clock.
PETER (V.O.): Everything is impermanent and fleeting. Nothing is static.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Living is an existential process, full of uncertainties.
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I must stay right where I'm to maintain a vivid living experience.
Peter goes to bed.
