Sitting up in bed, PETER sends a WhatsApp message.
PETER (V.O.): My lady friend arranged a get-together lunch today. I sent a message to remind myself.
Watching his sleeping WIFE.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Since her retirement days ago, we've been adapting to a new routine.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): My wife has begun watching Netflix movies in the small hours of the morning.
Checking his mobile calendar.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've a coffee session at Ritz Calton's Lounge and Bar at 4:30pm. Should I drive there?
Peter sees his wife sleeping like a log.
Act 2
INT. TMK FUNK & ROLLS, TAIKOO PLACE -12:30
Stylish and filled with music. Sitting opposite to each other, Peter chats with DORA, his lady friend.
PETER: During the Chinese New Year holidays, you and your husband were on a cruise.
DORA: Right.
PETER: What do you think about around the world in a cruise of over 100 days?
Dora shakes her head sideways.
DORA: I prefer cruises run by the Royal Caribbean Group and the Mediterranean Shipping Company.
Peter looks lost.
DORA (Cont'd): In my last cruise, my husband and I visited St Michel - accomplished one item in our bucket list.
PETER: My wife and I only went to St Michael's Mount in UK.
As they continue to chat, we hear them talking about family matters.
PETER (V.O.): Family is everything. I really appreciate Dora's positive outlook which is contagious.
INT. TAIKOO PLACE - 14:00
Peter is checking WhatsApp messages.
PETER (V.O.): Oh, my wife agrees to drive me to the Elements. What a pleasant surprise!
EXT. ROADS IN KOWLOON - 15:30
In a cyber-green New Beetle, Peter's wife is driving. In the passenger seat, Peter focuses on the roads ahead.
GPS (V.O.): Turn left.
WIFE: There's no road to turn to....
PETER: The GPS thinks we are driving on the flyover rather than the road underneath it.
Later, we see Peter's wife making a U-turn to get access to the flyover. Then, we hear Peter's mobile ringing and the voicing: Chambers...
PETER (To mobile):...Please decline it for me...I'm indisposed...
PETER (V.O.): I want to accompany my wife more than anything.
INT. THE LOUNGE & BAR, RITZ CALTON - 16:15
Lavishly designed and artistically decorated. Sitting in a cosy corner, Peter is joined by a LADY and GENTLEMEN#1 .
PETER (V.O.): I've been a committee vice-chair and am going to succeed the chairmanship.
They begin to engage lively.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Their thoughts and ideas should enable me to create and deliver more values.
Peter jots notes on his mobile screen from time to time.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I seldom do that. But my new role carries with it a huge responsibility. I want to do everything right.
INT. THREE-SIXTY, THE ELEMENTS - 18:30
Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Shopping, Peter is by his wife's side.
PETER (V.O.): It's a simple pleasure of life.
WIFE: How did your coffee session go?
Peter is smiling.
PETER: On a cloudy day, there isn't any sensational view to see on Level 102...
PETER (V.O.): On a weekday, we've never had such quality time, until today.
Act 3
INT. BEDROOM - 23:00
Peter inserts an AI drawing entitled "One Fine Day" to a text.
PETER (V.O): Family is significant to my life. Family matters provide strength and shape my identity.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): In creating and delivering value, exchanging ideas and collaboration are powerful.
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): Being present and supporting my wife, today is one fine day that my life changes as I wish.
