FADE IN
Act 1
INT. BEDROOM - 08:15
Waking up, PETER rubs his hands together, massages his scalp, nose, ears, stomach and soles of both feet.
PETER (V.O.): Months ago, someone shared a video clip on first morning exercises one should do to live healthy.
Peter then rolls his eyes 360 degrees in one direction and then the other.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): When I first did my eye exercises like this, I felt strongly that my eyes became less tense.
Peter then stands up straight, keeps his arms parallel and brings his palms together overhead.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): This is like a dancing posture, lining up the horizontal blocks and the vertical lines of the body.
Like each of his morning exercises, Peter maintains his posture for one minute.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I've been doing these exercises, believing they can't be bad to me.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Now, I know I'm generating heat, energy and vibrations.
Act 2
INT. STUDY - 09:15
On his smart phone screen, Peter taps "Apple-Fm".
PETER (V.O.): No sound from the speakers?
Grabbing two Bluetooth speakers, Peter presses their "stereo link" buttons and touches the cover fabric.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I can feel some vibrations.
As Peter presses the speakers' "+" buttons, we hear music with extra-bass sounds.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I wasn't interested in understanding vibrations until days ago.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): A Quoran asked me about the relationship between vibration and motivation.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): She didn't understand why motivational speakers liked to ask the audience to keep their vibrations high.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I didn't know either, and so I looked deep into that.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): The concept of spiritual vibration is based on physics.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): About 99% of the body is made up of atoms of hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen and oxygen.
Recalling.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): While most cells in the body regenerate every 7-15 years, particles made up of those cells have actually existed for billion years.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): As bodily matters in constant motion, people are made up of energies vibrating at various frequencies.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): So the motivational speakers used the vibration analogy to persuade the audience to use their will to energize, vibrate and move from low frequencies to higher ones.
EXT. ESTATE PARK - 13:00
Rainy. Jogging along a track, Peter sees a small pool. He stops to observe rain drops and ripples.
PETER (V.O.): Everything is energy, frequency and vibration. This isn't spiritual. This is physics.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Am I in sync with nature?
INT. STUDY - 14:00
Putting aside a book, Peter is in thoughts.
PETER (V.O.): As I think, I vibrate. The only difference between me and another is the rate of vibration or frequency.
Thinking .
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): As I vibrate, I attract too. I use my thoughts and emotions to dictate what I want to attract into my life.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Can I deploy these laws of vibration and attraction to delay aging or even to rejuvenate my body?
Act 3
INT. BEDROOM - 23:45
We hear the RTHK program "A Sentimental Journey".
PETER (V.O.): That I'm attracted to music must be due to its harmonic and resonating vibrations.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): As part of nature in motion, the vibrations I'm orchestrating should at least energize my microcosm.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Would one positive thought generate millions of positive vibrations?
Rubbing his eyes a little, Peter goes to bed.
