PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Life is so fragile, finite and transient.
Reflecting.

PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): He might not be a regular swimmer.
Act 2
EXT. ST. STEPHEN'S BAY - 11:30
Peter swims in the calm and clear waters.
PETER (V.O.): Swimming increases my heart rate, improves my lung capacity and strengthens my heart muscles.
Swimming.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Regular swimming can contribute to better circulation, lower blood pressure, and reduced risk of heart disease.
We see Peter activating his muscle groups, including arms, shoulders and legs.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Swimming is a full-body workout with minimal stress on the bones, joints and connective tissues.
More repetitive and rhythmic swimming.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Swimming also reduces stress levels and promotes mental clarity.
Having climbed up onto a round platform floating in the sea, Peter lies flat, using his hands to shield the sun rays.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Here's my heaven on earth.
We see the floating platform rocking and rolling a little.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): My mind is drifting too.
Contemplating.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Li created and delivered lots of public value for China. I've done very little in Hong Kong.
Thinking.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Being creative, I find purpose and meaning in my life.
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): To deliver value to all is what I want to instill in future generations.
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): However, whether I could leave behind a positive and enduring legacy is moot.
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Meanwhile, I'd continue to explore creative outlets.
Later, having swum back to the beach, Peter lies flat and stretches out on the sand.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Wow, I feel the sand's warmth seeping into my muscles, soothing and comforting!
Reflecting.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Why wouldn't I allow myself to fully experience the sensory delights and grounding energy earlier?
Pausing.
PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Perhaps, it's better late than never.
INT. TIM HO WAN, CENTRAL - 13:20
Entrance. Peter's WIFE looks crossly as Peter appears.
PETER: Sorry to have kept you waiting.
PETER (V.O.): I was so indulged with myself at St. Stephen's Bay that I forgot time was fleeting.
Later at a corner table, Peter and his wife engage in deep conversations over dim sums.
PETER: From now on, I won't waste any timely opportunity as there may not be the next one.
Peter's wife reacts with a skeptical look,
Act 3
INT. STUDIO - 21:00
Peter is listening to oldies.
PETER (V.O.): Without reflections of life, one may not learn and live much.
Typing natural language in his smartphone, Peter instructs his 文心一言 assistant.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): See if she can depict "Reflections of Life".
Repeating his prompts a few times, Peter sees an AI drawing with duplicated elements, including a little man, mirroring their shape and colour.
PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): All happenings in my life are reflections of the choices that I've made. If I want a different result, I must make a different choice.
