  30. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): It can't be as good as the Sanuki udon that my wife and I tried in Kagawa Prefecture last March.

  31. Then, a plate of tempura.

  32. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Well, both the food quality and the cooking are excellent.

  34. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I'm quite full...

  35. Then, we hear CUSTOMERS#1 & #2 sitting nearby chatting.

  36. CUSTOMERS#1 & #2: Just eat the fish, forget about the rice.

  38. PETER (V.O.): Too much on the plate even for these two young men.

  45. Pausing.

  46. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): However, my experience can't be compared to those who take private practice as their career.

  47. Pausing.

  48. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): And I find my volunteering work and creative endeavours more interesting.
