  6. FLASHBACK

  7. INT. PETER'S NT HOME - 16:45 (Yesterday)

  8. Peter is searching frantically.

  9. PETER (V.O.): Where's my blue beanie that I bought in Edinburgh? I remember I took it off when I was indoors...

  10. Searching.

  11. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): I've searched for half an hour. I must leave now as I've a date with my wife tonight.

  12. END FLASHBACK

  13. Act 2

  14. EXT. YUEN LONG PUBLIC SWIMMINHG POOL - 11:15

  15. Peter is swimming laps.

  16. PETER (V.O.): To me, swimming is like working. I swim long distances at a reasonable pace but with no breaks.

  17. Peter propels himself through the water effectively.

  18. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): I'd reward myself with a good lunch.

  19. INT. PETER'S NT HOME

  20. Stepping inside, Peter investigates.

  21. PETER (V.O.): I was panicking yesterday. I'm calm now.

  22. Peter deposits his bags in an empty revolving yellow sofa.

  23. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Let me visualize the actions I took yesterday.

  24. Visualizing.

  25. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): The most likely place where my beanie might be is the sitting room.

  26. Peter scans shelves, tables, chairs, sofas, tossing aside bags, papers and cushions.

  27. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Just like yesterday, not a trace of it.

  28. Peter checks the underneath of L-shape purple sofas.

  29. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Not a trace, although I was sitting there.

  30. Peter expands his search in the dining room and the kitchen.

  31. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): No.

  32. Peter goes up to the 1/F to check toilets, the master bedroom and the studio.

  33. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): No... I didn't go up to the 2/F...

  34. Returning to the G/F, Peter goes out to check the front yard and then the driveway.

  35. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): I checked them yesterday. Let me check the inside of the cars again as I did move them...

  36. Again, Peter looks frustrated.

  37. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): I double-checked yesterday that I didn't dump it into any garbage bags.

  38. Pausing.

  39. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): It has to be somewhere.

  40. Recalling.

  41. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): I designate the yellow sofa to place my carrying items...

  42. As he checks the floor behind the yellow sofa, Peter sees something.

  43. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): There it is!

  44. Picking up his blue beanie, Peter grins with relief. Upbeat, he goes to the studio to play the old Yamaha piano.

  45. PETER (V.O.)(Cont'd): Oh, several keys are sticky. See if I can remove the unwanted friction.

  46. MONTAGE OF PETER FIXING STICKY KEYS

  47. A. As Peter presses the sticky keys harder, they stay harder in the down position. Peter helps them to return to the resting positions forcefully.

  48. B. Peter then uses a card to clear possible blockage or rubbing in between affected keys, again and again.

  49. C. Later, Peter uses a damp cloth to wipe each key; and before they're dry, Peter hits every piano key.

  50. END MONTAGE

  51. Act 3

  52. INT. STUDY - 22:30

  53. Working on a laptop, Peter inserts an AI drawing called "The Quests..." into a draft post.

  54. PETER (V.O.): Throughout my quests, I experience a range of emotions from frustration to relief and from determination to accomplishment.

  55. Peter takes a look of the blue beanie near him.

  56. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): With patience, perseverance and attention to details, challenges can be overcome. I've also fixed all the Yamaha keys.

  57. Reflecting.

  58. PETER (V.O) (Cont'd): I accept temporary setbacks but not permanent failures. Optimizing my potential, I persist with my quests until I succeed.

  59. FADE OUT

  60. THE END
