  21. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): More importantly, as an experienced legal professional and administrator, I can identify the risk and suggest ways to manage it.

  42. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Challenges from various fronts are ever-present. They must be rationally acknowledged and controlled.
