  4. A. Back stage. Playing guitar fingering, Peter is rehearsing a song. He sings: Everyone has his own untold story...


  5. B. We hear him singing out of tune and we see him looking very disturbed.


  6. END DREAM SEQUENCE

  7. INT. BEDROOM - 07:00


  8. Peter wakes up.


  9. PETER (V.O.): I was about to try singing another number "Do Good For You & Me" to salvage the operation.


  10. Pausing.


  11. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Anyway, waking up is the perfect solution.


  12. Pausing.


  13. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): It's a fact that I haven't practised playing and singing my songs for a long time.


  14. Act 2


  15. INT. STUDY - 09:30


  16. Head down, Peter studies a file.


  17. PETER (V.O.): Alright, I've a rough idea of the case I'll prosecute next week.


  18. Head down, Peter studies another file.


  19. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): This one on probate and civil procedure is pretty complicated. Although the case will only be heard in a fortnight, I need to give priority to it.


  20. Turning to his laptop, Peter checks his email.


  21. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, I've just been appointed as the President of a Panel to settle a domain name dispute.


  22. Holding the laptop screen closer to his eyes, Peter examines texts and devices in small prints.


  23. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I need to collaborate with the other Panelists in good time.


  24. Tapping Yahoo!Finance, Peter checks his Investment List.


  25. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): The numbers of my day's gain and total gain are green. I don't need to manage my financial.


  26. It's 13:00.


  27. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): This afternoon is the only time this week that I can be on my own.

  28. Turning his head to look out of the window, Peter sees sunshine.


  29. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I'd go to Gold Coast to swim and ponder over the legal issues in cold water.


  30. EXT. GOLD COAST WATERS - 14:15


  31. Swimming breaststroke, Peter submerges his head in the water and raises it above it as he breathes.


  32. PETER (V.O.): Breaststroke is good for me as I read with my head down.


  33. Reaching the other side of the swimming area, Peter turns around and begins to swim freestyle, turning his head to one side and then another while his arms are in the recovery positions.


  34. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I lie on my stomach with my body parallel to the water. I don't know if that would help relieve my back pain.


  35. Then, Peter loses momentum.


  36. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, I feel a bit cold.


  37. FLASHBACK


  38. EXT. MORRISION HILL SWIMMING POOL, HK - DAY (Winter, 2006)


  39. Outdoor. Peter (52) is the lone swimmer.


  40. PETER (V.O.) : I feel the cold has got into my bones.

  41. Later, Peter is bathing inside an apartment.


  42. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): I feel dizzy. What's wrong with me?


  43. EXT. GRAND HYATT, SEOUL - DAY (Winter 2012)


  44. Outdoor swimming pool. Peter (58) is the lone swimmer.


  45. PETER (V.O.): This is just like what I felt in Hong Kong, swimming during winter time.


  46. Later, Peter is inside a changing room, wrapping himself up with blankets.


  47. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): But I'm still shivering. My will can't control my body.


  48. RETURN TO PRESENT


  49. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Although the water isn't that cold, I've been swimming non-stop for over half an hour.


  50. Beachside. Carrying his wet swimming gear, Peter walks towards the car park.


  51. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Although I've already exited the cold water, the wind makes me feel cold.


  52. Act 3


  53. EXT. GOLD COAST CAR PARK - 15:00


  54. Quickly, Peter gets inside his car.


  55. PETER (V.O.): Fortunately, I've got my mobile warm room here. I feel better now.


  56. Tapping Yahoo!Finance, Peter checks his Investment List.


  57. PETER (V.O.) (Cont'd): Oh, the Hang Seng Index has continued to rise. I feel even better.


  58. INT. BEDROOM - 23:00


  59. Background music.


  60. PETER (V.O.) : I've already warmed up to tackle the challenges ahead. I don't need any dream symbol to forewarn me.


  61. Peter goes to bed.
